Facility Duties and Expectations:   

• Review and fill prescriptions, checking for potential drug interactions, allergies, and accuracy 
• Provide patients with clear guidance on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies 
• Support and verify technician activities to ensure efficient workflow and accurate dispensing 
• Monitor inventory and coordinate orders to keep stock at appropriate levels 
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards 
• Protect patient privacy and maintain proper documentation and security procedures 

Hours of Operation:   

• Monday – Friday: 9a – 6p 
• Saturday: 9a – 1p 
• Sunday: Closed 
     

Required Qualifications:   

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited institution 
• Active pharmacist license in Iowa and In good standing with the Iowa Board of pharmacy
