PharmServ has PRN opportunity with a community-based pharmacy that partners closely with a mental health clinic 71 miles Northwest of Minneapolis. It’s a calm, structured setting where pharmacists stay involved in verification, patient support, and steady day-to-day workflow. Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 
   

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Verify prescriptions and review orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriate dosing 
• Support medication management for patients receiving behavioral health services 
• Communicate with care teams regarding questions, clarifications, or medication adjustments 
• Assist with patient counseling when needed, focusing on clarity and comfort 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation 
• Help keep workflow moving smoothly alongside the pharmacy staff 
• Provide vaccines when required 
• Uphold all state and federal requirements, including confidentiality standards 

Schedule: 

• Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 
• Ongoing coverage needed 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Minnesota, in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
