PharmServ has a PRN Behavioral Health Tech opportunity with a pharmacy located inside a behavioral-health system serving communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro. This organization provides mental health, addiction recovery, and disability services. The pharmacy plays a key role in patient support and recovery within the community. The workflow is similar to your standard retail pharmacy duties.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current competitive hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 
   

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Support medication preparation, filling, labeling, and packaging 
• Assist with daily workflow, from patient pickups to internal coordination 
• Maintain accuracy while handling prescriptions for behavioral-health and chronic-care patients 
• Communicate clearly with pharmacists, clinic staff, and support teams 
• Manage routine inventory tasks and keep work areas organized 
• Handle patient interactions with professionalism and patience 
• Follow all regulatory and facility guidelines for safety, confidentiality, and documentation 
• Adapt to the needs of a clinical behavioral-health environment 

Schedule: 

• Technicians choose the shifts they work. 
• Ongoing coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications:  

• Valid, Active Pharmacy Technician registration, in good standing. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification
