PharmServ is hiring a PRN Pharmacist to provide coverage for a behavioral health pharmacy organization in the Indianapolis, IN metro. This site supports patients dealing with mental health and substance use, with a steady outpatient workflow tied to ongoing care. 

If you’re comfortable in a retail-style setting but want something more connected to long-term patient care, this is a great option. You’ll be working alongside a broader care team where pharmacy plays a role in keeping patients on track day to day, in a setup that’s easy to step into with a clear workflow and a team that works well together.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current competitive hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, and overall safety 
• Assist patients picking up medications related to mental health and chronic conditions 
• Work alongside technicians to manage daily workflow and dispensing 
• Offer clear, practical counseling when needed 
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations 
• Keep documentation and records accurate and up to date 
• Approach each interaction with patience and professionalism, especially with patients working through mental health and substance use challenges 

Schedule: 

• Multiple dates available in April 
• + Ongoing coverage as needed. 
• + Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Indiana, in good standing with the Indiana Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
