PharmServ is offering a PRN Pharmacist opportunity with a community-based behavioral health organization in the Chicago metro area. This site supports individuals managing serious mental illness, often alongside substance use or housing instability, through long-term, integrated care.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current competitive hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Check prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, and overall safety before dispensing 
• Support patients receiving medications for mental health and ongoing health conditions 
• Provide clear, practical counseling based on patient needs and level of engagement 
• Coordinate with care teams as needed to support ongoing treatment plans 
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations 
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping 
• Operate with consistency and professionalism in a population that relies on routine and trust 

Schedule: 

• Ongoing coverage as needed. 
• Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Illinois, in good standing with the Indiana Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
