PharmServ is offering a PRN Pharmacist opportunity with a behavioral health facility within the Indianapolis, IN metro. The site offers mental health and addiction recovery services to a population that relies on consistent compassion. Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current competitive hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, dosing, and clinical appropriateness 
• Support patients picking up behavioral-health and chronic-condition medications 
• Dispense and oversee daily workflow with onsite technicians 
• Provide clear, straightforward counseling when appropriate 
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations 
• Document and maintain accurate records 
• Uphold a patient-first approach, especially when working with vulnerable populations 

Schedule: 

• March 16th – 20th 
• 8a –4:30p 
• Ongoing coverage as needed. 
• Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Indiana, in good standing with the Indiana Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
