Help a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy serving assisted living and senior care communities near the Le Mars, IA area. The pharmacy focuses on accurate medication management, patient safety, and quality service.

Coverage needed ASAP through October 30th | Monday–Friday | You choose the shifts that fit your schedule.

This is a team-oriented, family-like environment where everyone pitches in to keep the workflow moving. Pharmacists work closely with technicians on medication verification, cycle checks, and daily operations. Open communication, professionalism, and a willingness to help are important to the team.

You’ll work on Frameworks LTC software with training available if not familiar.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently verify medication orders
• Review typical LTC medications, prepackaged medications, and other orders prepared by pharmacy staff
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment
• Support technicians and contribute to the overall pharmacy workflow
• Build familiarity with pharmacy operations and systems
• Assist in other areas as appropriate and within your comfort level

Hours of Operation:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM OR 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• You choose shift times best for your schedule
• Saturday: & Sunday: Closed
• Lunch: Per pharmacy workflow.

Compensation for this assignment includes: 

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ
• Mileage 
• Drivetime
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed.
