PharmServ has a Direct-Hire opportunity with a retail community pharmacy 43 miles north of Owatonna, MN. This locally focused pharmacy serves its community with care, attention, and trust built over years of service. In this role, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day pharmacy operations while supporting a small, skilled team. Your focus will be on delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate care.

Compensation for this Position:

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions, monitoring for safety, interactions, and adherence. 
• Guide patients through their medications, answering questions and explaining proper usage. 
• Partner with technicians to manage prescriptions, assist with the register, and keep operations running smoothly. 
• Support long-term care services by reviewing and verifying packaged medications as needed. 
• Provide immunizations and related services within your licensure. 
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations. 
• Contribute to a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and cared for. 
• Assist in other store areas as needed to support team efficiency and patient satisfaction. 

Hours of Operation:  

• Monday - Friday: 8a – 7p 
• Saturday: 9a -5p 
• Sunday: 10a - 4p 
    

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, active pharmacist license in Minnesota in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 
• Immunization Administration Certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.
