PharmServ Staffing is partnering with a well-established community pharmacy 30 miles Northwest of Cedar Rapids, IA, to fill a Part-Time Pharmacist position. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a supportive team environment and values strong patient relationships.

This pharmacy operates two locally owned locations serving is home and the surrounding communities, offering a welcoming and community-driven work setting.

We’re seeking a pharmacist who is dependable, personable, and committed to community-based care to join this dedicated team 2-3 days/week. Prior experience with PioneerRx is helpful but not required.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ (Negotiable)
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed. 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Provide patient counseling and support medication therapy management
• Assist with daily retail pharmacy operations
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service within a community-focused environment
• Collaborate with a friendly and dedicated pharmacy team

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Minnesota, in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Hours of Operation:

• Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri: 8a.m.-5:30p.m. 
• Thurs: 8a.m.-7p.m. 
• Saturday: 8a.m.-5p.m.
• Sunday: 10a.m.-12p.m.
