Retail/Clinic Pharmacist 

PRN – Northeast, MN region

PharmServ has a PRN opportunity with a pharmacy focused on behavioral health. They are approximately 90miles southeast of Hibbing, MN. 

This facility offers comprehensive behavioral health services, including outpatient counseling, residential programs, and medication-assisted treatment. As a PRN pharmacist, you will assist and support day-to-day pharmacy operations. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your shifts, allowing you to manage your schedule.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed. 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Adapt quickly to new environments while supporting pharmacy operations across multiple behavioral health sites 
• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately 
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and case managers to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated patient care 
• Provide thoughtful counseling and education to patients 
• Monitor ongoing medication therapy for adherence, potential interactions, and clinical appropriateness 
• Support controlled substance management and documentation in line with state and federal standards 
• Assist with medication coordination and delivery for residential and outpatient programs as needed 
• Maintain thorough and accurate records 

Schedule:  

• Pharmacists choose when and where they work 
• Typically, these sites are M – F: 8a - 5p 
    

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, active pharmacist license in Minnesota in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in Mental Health Clinical setting
