PharmServ has a Direct - Hire opportunity with an employee owned community pharmacy 18 miles Northwest of Minneapolis, MN. Here, Pharmacists play a central role in patient care, focusing on accurately filling prescriptions, providing guidance on medications, and supporting wellness programs.  


In this role, you’ll manage a mix of retail and long-term care prescriptions, assist with medication synchronization programs, and provide immunizations as needed. You’ll work closely with a supportive pharmacy team, guiding workflow and ensuring accuracy while spending most of your time directly helping patients. Facility Duties and Expectations:  

  • Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions while reviewing orders for safety, interactions, and therapeutic appropriateness. 
  • Provide guidance to patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies, promoting improved outcomes. 
  • Conduct clinical services including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), and disease state management. 
  • Support long-term care and specialty pharmacy services, coordinating with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities. 
  • Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order processing, and compliance with regulations. 
  • Participate in patient enrollment for pharmacy programs such as medication synchronization and adherence initiatives. 
  • Administer immunizations and maintain proper documentation in accordance with certification and state requirements. 
  • Maintain patient profiles, controlled substance records, and regulatory compliance for all pharmacy operations. 
  • Identify opportunities to grow pharmacy services and communicate these with marketing or leadership teams. 

 
  

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
  • Valid, active pharmacist license in Minnesota in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
  • Immunization Administration Certification 
  • BCLS certification
