Retail Community Pharmacist 

PRN – Minneapolis metro

PharmServ is partnering with a local independent neighborhood pharmacy in the Minneapolis metro that’s hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist. This is a true community pharmacy where patient relationships actually matter, not just prescription volume. 

In this role, you’ll support both the pharmacy and the community by delivering accessible, personalized care. You’ll be working directly with patients, building relationships, and helping people navigate their medications. Making sure they’re taken care of beyond the prescription.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Up to $80/hr

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Verify and fill prescriptions with accuracy and sound clinical judgment 
• Work directly with patients to answer questions and provide clear, practical guidance 
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, organization, and workflow 
• Administer basic clinical services (immunizations, blood pressure, etc.) as needed 
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with all pharmacy regulations 
• Stay engaged with the team and contribute to a consistent, reliable workflow 

Hours of Operation: 

• Mon – Fri: 9a – 6p 
• Saturday: 9a – 1p 
• Sunday: Closed 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Minnesota, in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification 
• BCLS certification
