Retail Pharmacist 

PRN – North West, MN Region

Work doesn’t need to be complicated. PharmServ keeps it simple. Find out out how through our new opportunity. We have a grocery store–based community retail pharmacy 85 miles west of Moorhead, MN. This is a familiar setup serving regular patients who rely on the pharmacy for everyday needs. 

Here, you will cover standard retail responsibilities: prescriptions, counseling, and immunizations, and working with technicians who keep the day moving. It’s straightforward retail pharmacy with a routine you can settle into quickly.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 

 

 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately 
• Provide patient counseling on new medications and OTC products 
• Administer immunizations as needed 
• Support daily workflow with on-site technicians and store staff 
• Review patient profiles for interactions, dosing, and therapy concerns 
• Assist with inventory and routine operational tasks 
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations 

 

Schedule: 

• Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 
• Ongoing coverage as needed. 

 

 

Pharmacy Hours: 

• Mon – Fri: 9a – 5p 
• Sat – Sun: Closed 

 

 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Minnesota, in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
