Pharmacists here focus on the basics done well: accurate dispensing, patient questions, and supporting the pharmacy team when coverage is needed. The systems are established, and expectations are clear from the moment you arrive.

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current competitive hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed 

 
 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently 
• Provide patient counseling on new and existing medications 
• Support daily pharmacy workflow alongside technicians and store staff 
• Administer immunizations as needed 
• Review patient profiles for interactions, dosing, and therapy changes 
• Assist with inventory management and routine operational tasks 
• Communicate clearly with the pharmacy manager and team 
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations 

 

 

Schedule: 

• Pharmacists choose the shifts they work. 
• Ongoing coverage as needed. 

 

 
Pharmacy Hours: 

• Mon: 9a – 7p 
• Tues – Fri: 8a – 7p 
• Sat: 9a – 2p 
• Sun: 9a - 1p 

 

 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, Active pharmacist license in Minnesota, in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Admin. Certification
