PharmServ has a  full-time Direct – Hire opportunity with a long-term care pharmacy 50 miles northeast of Northfield, MN . The pharmacy provides reliable medication support to nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and group homes across the region. 

Pharmacists here play a hands-on role in ensuring every order is safe, accurate, and delivered on time. The team is experienced and steady, with a culture built on accountability and mutual respect. It’s a good fit for pharmacists who like clear processes, consistency, and being part of a dependable operation that directly impacts patient care. 

Compensation for this Position:  

• Wage: Up to $133k/yr

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness 
• Supervise and support the technician team to keep daily operations organized and on schedule 
• Work closely with facility staff to clarify prescriptions and resolve order issues as they come up 
• Ensure all medications are packaged, labeled, and dispensed according to state and federal standards 
• Monitor inventory, manage returns, and maintain proper stock levels for routine and emergency needs 
• Document all necessary information clearly and follow up on any discrepancies or medication errors 
• Help maintain a clean, compliant work environment and contribute to a cooperative team atmosphere 

Pharmacy Hours of Operation:  

• Monday – Friday: 8:30a – 6:30p 
• Saturday: 9a – 1p 
• Sunday: Closed 
• 24hr On-Call Service 
    

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, active pharmacist license in Minnesota in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
