Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Support prescription processing with accuracy and attention to detail.  
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist patients with medication questions.  
• Help manage inventory levels, ordering, and restocking.  
• Assist in daily pharmacy workflow and coordination between staff members.  
• Resolve insurance claim rejections or issues as they arise.  
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.  
• Participate in compounding preparation, immunization support, and delivery coordination as needed.  
• Maintain professionalism and communication in all patient and team interactions. 

Pharmacy Hours:  

• Mon – Fri: 8a – 6p  
• Sat: 9a – 2p Sun: Closed  
• Major Holidays: Closed
