Retail/Clinic Pharmacist 

PRN – Northeast, MN region

PharmServ has a PRN opportunity with a behavioral health and rehabilitation pharmacy supporting a long-standing mental health organization 70 miles south of Virgina, MN. This facility provides integrated mental health and addiction services for patients of all ages across several counties, emphasizing continuity of care and collaboration. 

Pharmacists in this setting play an essential role in the oversight of clinical medications, helping ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals receiving behavioral health and recovery services. The pharmacy operates alongside clinical teams, creating a highly coordinated, patient-centered environment. 

Compensation for this Position:  

• Your current hourly rate with PharmServ 
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Drivetime 
• Lodging and Per Diem if needed. 

Facility Duties and Expectations:  

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety 
• Coordinate closely with behavioral health providers, nurses, and case managers 
• Support patients with medication counseling and adherence strategies 
• Assist with medication therapy adjustments and monitoring for side effects or interactions 
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation 
• Promote a supportive, recovery-oriented environment through collaboration and patient education 



Schedule:  

• Ongoing coverage needed 
• Additional coverage opportunities available at other affiliated pharmacies. 
• Pharmacists work the shifts they choose to accept. 
     

Required Qualifications:  

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) degree from an accredited institution 
• Valid, active pharmacist license in Minnesota in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• BCLS certification 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Immunization Administration Certification
